About Us
Elizabeth is a Business and Life Coach with 16 years experience of working with people and businesses to help them to close the gap between aspirations and reality.
She has a degree in Psychology from Leicester University and an MBA from Durham Business School. She is married with a three year old daughter and one year old twin boys and lives on a smallholding in the North East of England.
She spent the first five years of her career in training, advice and guidance, working with a broad cross section of people. Subsequently, she has worked in the field of Economic Development and Regeneration, developing and delivering initiatives to help people to improve their lives and businesses.
She has worked with business clients ranging from large multinationals to micro businesses, and with a diverse range of individuals with a variety of backgrounds.
She is also a Director of Rainbows End Coaching Limited.
Jenny lives in Durham with her husband and three young children. She has worked in advice and guidance for about 15 years.

I love drawing out the good stuff in people and help people to believe in their own capabilities. I have lots of experience in helping people to plan changes and overcome difficulties in order to reach their goals, which has given me tremendous pleasure over the years."
She has a degree in Business Administration and an NVQ level 4 in Advice and Guidance. She has a wide experience in many types of business sectors and for many years has aspired to run her own business.
