Hi Jenny,
I just wanted to put a few words of thanks down to you and Liz. After a session you both held for Mum's Business Club at the back end of last year I can honestly say I have not looked back.
I had a few ideas swimming around in my head for a while and just didn’t seem to be getting anywhere with them. During your session you encouraged us all to write down our goals and most important prioritise them with time limits attached. I did this and by the end of the same day the wheels were in motion.
I can now very happily say all my plans have come to fruition and I have just launched a joint venture with Paul Edgar called Fit & Fab, an exclusive lifestyle programme designed exclusively for women.
So once again thank you for giving me that gentle shove in the right direction, I wonder what happens the next time I leave one of your sessions uhhmmm?!?!
