Coaching packages in any of the areas listed above may involve one-to-one sessions, workshops, or a combination of both. Some clients prefer to nominate individuals with particular business roles for coaching in one or more of the package areas, whereas others nominate groups of staff with similar job descriptions or similar objectives to be coached as a team.
