Our executive coaching gives you support in relation to your job. We work with you to identify your work and career goals and ensure that you have a plan that encompasses your aspirations.
Our support is objective and unbiaised and allows you to focus on your current responsibilities.
After identifying any current issues, we will support you to consider options and overcome any challenges within your role.
By increasing your personal awareness and an understanding of what motivates you, you will improve your performance and enjoyment of your job.
Coaching sessions allow you to discuss your career progression and identify any skills and knowledge that you need in your personal development.
The Executive Coaching sessions usually last around an hour to an hour and a half at a cost of £70 per session.
