What is Business Coaching?
Business Coaching enables key people in your business to work with experienced coaches to take time out and reflect on the needs of your business and devise strategies and actions to make real and sustainable improvements. Using one-to-one sessions and workshops, Business Coaching enables people to get a powerful sense of their place in the organisation, and to identify the changes they can make to improve overall business performance, as well as achieving greater satisfaction from their work.
Is Business Coaching like Consultancy?
No. Consultancy involves the transfer of professional knowledge and expertise in your specific business field. Business Coaching relies exclusively on your knowledge and expertise of your business, but provides a range of tools and techniques to assist you in developing strategies and approaches to business that will lead to sustainable improvements.
How does Business Coaching work?
Our Business Coaching packages are designed in conjunction with you, and so you can be confident that what you are getting will meet the needs of your business exclusively. We focus on areas such as leadership, communication and team improvement and use one-to-one sessions, workshops, or a combination of both. Some clients prefer to nominate individuals with particular business roles for coaching in one or more of the package areas, whereas others nominate groups of staff with similar job descriptions or similar objectives to be coached as a team.
How much does Business Coaching cost?
For one day of group business coaching the cost is £1000.00
For individual business coaching the price is £90 per session.
We deliver coaching to different types of organisations and as such each package we deliver is bespoke to the needs of the company. For an example of pricing if you wanted a half day workshop, followed by 20 individual sessions, you would pay £2300.00
We operate from the North East of England and contracts outside of the area will be subject to travel and accommodation costs.
