Achieving Work Life Balance

Who is it for?

From CEOs to entry level workers as well as the self-employed, individuals and businesses alike stand to gain from work life balance coaching.

Why would I choose this package?

Coaching for work life balance is not about setting policies or creating contractual arrangements. It is directed at the individual and focuses on enabling people to make choices as to how they balance their roles in life as workers, parents, carers, homemakers, social beings, etc .

Coaching helps people to recognise their personal and professional values and priorities, and so ensure that they are making the best choices for themselves, their employer and their family and friends. The unique Rainbows End toolkit and methodology takes the individual on a voyage of self discovery which can quite simply help them sort the important from the unimportant. The overwhelming benefit of this to the business or organisation, is that it will see a workforce with improved health and well being, increased motivation and drive as well as higher degrees of loyalty.

The Coaching Process

Work life balance coaching is normally done through a series of one to one sessions. During the first session the individual will agree on a coaching contract and a confidentiality agreement will be signed by both parties. A series of self assessment tools will be used to enable the individual to understand how their own behaviour affects performance, both inside and outside of the workplace, and the changes that they can make to improve that performance.
