The Coaching Process
Communication and negotiation coaching is normally done in a group situation.
The group will be nominated by someone with a leadership role in the organisation and may be a specific business unit, or a group of individuals drawn from different business units. The session will take one day and will usually take place off site. A workshop style approach will be used to draw on people's existing communication and negotiation skills, and to advance those skills to a level more likely to improve business performance.
