Why would I choose this package?
Team behaviour is different from individual behaviour. Whilst all the individuals in a team may be performing well, this does not guarantee that the team will perform well together. This is dependent on other factors such as the environment they work in, or the team processes they use for communicating, deciding, rewarding, etc..
Team behaviours can be changed using the unique Rainbows End toolkit and methodology. In essence, team coaching involves establishing goals, analysing current performance against desired performance, and then planning and implementing changes in order to close that gap. Team coaching ensures that the business unit benefits, thus improving business performance overall.
The Coaching Process
A team sponsor, which may or may not be the individual responsible for the team will have a preliminary discussion with one of our coaches. Individual coaching sessions with each member of the team will take place, lasting up to an hour, to draw out issues and themes. Following further discussion with the sponsor, a bespoke team coaching programme will be developed addressing common themes and issues that have been identified.
A one to two day team coaching session, usually delivered off site, will pull together shared goals, objectives and a common vision. A follow up session will be arranged to ensure that team performance remains on track.
