Elizabeth is a respected business coach, trainer and mentor, with a strong track record of working with executives and entrepreneurs.
Her coaching style is direct and dynamic and she is renowned for facilitating success. She is a director of Rainbows End Coaching Limited, a company founded with her business partner Jenny Evans in 2009. She also runs a successful Smallholding and Livery Yard in Durham alongside her husband with whom she has four children. She has an MBA from Durham University, as well as a degree in Psychology from Leicester University. She mentors postgraduate students at Durham University Business School where she was named Mentor of the Year in 2012 and holds the honorary title of Entrepreneurial Fellow.
